I’ve been going here for years for massages and other services. I have credit with the spa… only to discover that they have closed down. I called them last week to inquire about their status, because there were rumours that they may be closing down. I was told that they are up and running and had no intentions of closing… but now almost $400.00 in credit gone because they chose to be dishonest, knowing their intent for bankruptcy or permanent closure…. Ridiculous!!!!

My past two appointments were great. I got a 60 minute massage with the same RMT therapist. I went in today for a massage and the owner was my masseuse. She kept rubbing my back and was not using any RMT techniques to work on the knots in my back. I asked her to focus on the knots in the back, with more focus on upper back. She continued with amateur techniques and I just wasn't happy so I stopped her after about 20 minutes of trying to be patient. When she left the room, she left the door open which was very unprofessional and I had to shut it behind her as I wasn't clothed. Had an amazing massage at La Belle Spa. Great service. I was 5 minutes late, but they still did a full hour massage. Applied the perfect amount of pressure. Made sure I was warm and comfortable, felt so great after. Exceptional service. I will definitely be returning.
