Fantastic customer service! My husband and I decided to replace our wood balusts with iron ones and I used Home Stairway for all the materials. When I realized I had ordered some incorrect parts, Leslie was responsive and very helpful in ordering me the correct parts and issuing a refund once I sent back the previous ones. We're now almost done the project and I am super happy with how awesome my staircase looks. I 'oooohh' and 'aaaahhh' every time I look at the new balusts. Their prices are extremely good too - forget Rona, Lowe's and Home Depot...use Home Stairway for your balust needs!!
