Harwood Health & Wellness is a group of chiropractors and physiotherapists who joined forces in 2019 in the heart of Ajax. As an integrated health care team, patients in the Durham region now have a one-stop clinic to address any and all of their healthcare needs. The clinic's evidence-based approach involves a hands-on investigation to determine the root cause of pain, stiffness, or weakness, followed by a tailored treatment plan to help patients move and feel better. The goal is to empower patients to become effective ambassadors of their own health.

Dr Mary is awesome and has a long experience in her field. A few years back, I was referred to Orthopedic dept at Sunnybrook and I was on crutches and hard braces for my leg. Dr said I might have to go for a surgery. As I trust Dr Mary for her excellent ability, I went to her and she gave a specific treatment. Within two sessions I was completely fine which was unbelievable. Apart from her expertise in her area, she is a very caring and a family person. My whole family loves her and whenever we have any problem we first consult her.
