Harwood Health & Wellness is a group of chiropractors and physiotherapists who joined forces in 2019 in the heart of Ajax. Because we’re an integrated health care team, patients in the Durham region now have a one-stop clinic to address any and all of their healthcare needs. Our evidence-based approach is as follows: 1. Use a hands-on approach and investigate exactly why pain, stiffness, and or weakness may be occurring. 2. Create a treatment plan that will address all the findings from our investigations to get you moving and feeling better. Empower you to become an effective ambassador of your own health. Our goal is simple - to get you in the right physical and mental space to overcome pain, and maintain proper function.
