Harwood Health & Wellness is a group of chiropractors and physiotherapists who joined forces in 2019 in the heart of Ajax. As an integrated health care team, patients in the Durham region now have a one-stop clinic to address any and all of their healthcare needs. The clinic's evidence-based approach involves a hands-on investigation to determine the root cause of pain, stiffness, or weakness, followed by a tailored treatment plan to help patients move and feel better. The goal is to empower patients to become effective ambassadors of their own health. Patients describe the clinic as an amazing experience with professional and friendly staff. They feel comfortable and at home in the clinic, which is different from other places they have visited. The chiropractors, Dr. Rebecca and Dr. Mary, are highly recommended for their attention to detail, research-based treatment plans, and outstanding level of care.

She provides the appropriate treatments to get you back to normal 😊 On top of prioritizing your physical wellbeing she also cares about your emotional wellbeing by being someone you can feel comfortable talking to. Ive been coming to this clinic for the past couple months and had such a great experience with Rebecca and Pooja. I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for great and effective treatment and friendly compassionate environment. Front desk is also very friendly and helpful!
