Floral classics is a gem in Ajax. Rachelle the owner has been my mentor and just a positive and really encouraging woman I look upto in the industry. Her workshops are fun. She is so generous and kindhearted. And her team are the same. They take care of their clients and the arrangements with such care. And plus points because they are fun filled people I enjoy talking to. They have good taste in music and just my kind of people. I always look forward to her signage as it brings me the smile I need from their previous location to their new home. Excited for what is to come for them. 10/10 RECOMMEND I had an amazing experience with Floral Classics in Ajax, Ontario! From the moment I called, Lindsay provided top-tier customer service. She answered every single question I had with patience and warmth, making the entire bouquet-buying process smooth and stress-free. You can really tell she cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. The bouquet turned out beautifully—exactly what I envisioned and more. I’ll definitely be back for future floral needs. Highly recommend!

Used this florist to send some flowers to a family who used to live in Ajax for a recent funeral. Unfortunately I had their old address and the florist advised me of the move. Thankfully I managed to get in touch with family and get their new address which is outside of the delivery area, however this florist has organised another local florist to complete the order which is fantastic, and very much appreciated, especially as I no longer live in Canada. Staff were very responsive and super helpful. If only every business was this good with customer service!
