“Roy did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him. I originally called him to install a light and switch, but we quickly found out there was a bigger issue. There was no power going to the exterior light and veranda area. Roy took the time to troubleshoot it properly and figured out the problem, even though other electricians were not able to find the issue. He did not make the job complicated. He was straight to the point, knowledgeable, and found a solid solution. He also installed an outdoor outlet with tech cable, replaced an existing stove plug, wired it back to the panel, and was nice enough to replace some receptacles and covers as well.

“Found Penfold in a local search. Brian contacted us the next day. We arranged a visit and he looked at a few different things we had going on, answered questions. He gave us a quote shortly after. Our main concern was updating smoke/carbon monoxide testers. However, we had a series of unfortunate events/repairs non electrical that weren't anticipated between our consult- right around Xmas til March. One thing after another. We had to keep pushing back the work, rescheduling twice. Brian was thankfully understanding and kind. We finally recently got our appt done!!
