We have used District Stairs to complete several home projects. Marlon and his team have always exceeded our expectations with quality, workmanship and professionalism to detail. Marlon always insists on a final walk through of the completed project to ensure that we had no questions or concerns and that we were completely satisfied with the results. I had used another company to remove carpet from stairs and install new oak capping and sand and stain existing railing. That company did such a bad job and created so many issues. I had Marlon out for a quote and he diligently made note of all of the problems and explained how District Stairs would rectify. He assured me that I didn’t have to purchase a new railing. He advised it only needed to be sanded and stained properly and they would fix all of the gouging. So said, so done. We hired District Stairs to help us make two flights of stairs accessible. They did exactly what we had hoped for and it looks great! Their installers were very nice and completed the job ahead of schedule. We appreciated their responsiveness!
