The shop gave me back my car with front bumper and wheel cover not fully attached and denied wrongdoing after I returned to the shop the next day. I acknowledge that they did manage to resolve the issue after. However, what would cost them to admit that they made a mistake?
I stopped by this summer to get a quote for a damaged back end, Anna was very helpful and prompt providing the information I needed.
