Mackenzies service was amazing!
He helped me get my laptop to open.
It meant alot since I didn’t have the money to pay for the hinges to be fixed completely.
He didn’t end up charging me anything for such a quick fix!
Recommend this location and asking for him.
Went in looking to replace a gaming keyboard I've had for 11 years. Since then things have changed drastically, every company has their own switches with different names for the same things... needless to say I was lost. I found a keyboard I liked but was unsure about switch options. I was directed to Reizen who couldn't have been more perfect for the job - he knew all there was to know. He was extremely helpful, rather than just immediately bringing me to checkout he stopped and made sure to tell me everything he knew about the brand, and keyboard to make sure I was making an informed decision. I went in looking for 3d printers and a worker named Peter came to help and he talk to me for almost half an hour about 3d printer stuff and was super helpful and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and more. Thank you Peter!
