Pro Active is hands down one of the most incredible companies I have worked with.
As a first time pool owner I had a ton of anxiety and questions around owning, operating, and maintaining a pool and they have been nothing short of exceptional.
I chose the Bronze Whaler package and they gave come by and maintained the pool all season, handling opening, keeping salt and chemicals in line, and more importantly talking me through all the ebs and flows of being a pool owner.
Their patience willingness to help and genuine care is second to none. They also offer free pool testing in store, and are installing a hard cover for us to protect our dogs during winter.
Can’t recommend these guys high enough! So professional and easy to deal with. GREAT service! I had an issue with my pump sputtering that I could not fix…they came by and it was an easy fix for them and didn’t even charge me. Mike the owner is awesome to deal with. Thanks Mike!!

Recently stopped by Active Pool Service in Acton for an emergency pool plumbing issue I was having. The Owners went above and beyond for me. I don’t usually leave reviews but this a very busy time for them yet they took the time to answer my questions and provide the fittings needed. Well done guys! I will not hesitate to use your services in the future.
