We had contacted 4\u003d contractors to provide us with a quotation for our basement reno project. Andre was priced very reasonable and comparable to the other contractors. During the entirety of the project Andre was very communicative and was always forthcoming with additional costs, savings, or even design ideas - if we asked him. During the quotation process - he was the only contractor that took the time to list a very detailed breakdown of the contract and the job tasks as well as, he used licensed contractors for the important bits like electrical and plumbing.
