I needed a planet at last minute for a friend who's service was being held Saturday and on a Friday it is not easy to reach many florists. Kaidan assured me that she could deliver my request to the nearby town Friday evening . She assured me she had a lovely Peace Lily and she added the yellow rose of friendship with baby's breath that I requested. She even took time to send me a picture as I live out of State and would not be seeing it. She was so very kind, friendly and easy to work with. I was extremely pleased with her professionalism and thoughtfulness.
