What a wonderful business! I don't live in Woodward but I will make it a point to shop there every chance I get. The variety of products is great, the owner and customers I met were so friendly and helpful. The owner is so kind and generous with her wealth of knowledge and provided me with information to take home and read on specific supplements. I highly recommend this business to anyone who wants to start to live a healthier life, or already is.

Not normally one to do this, but wanted to share in case it could help other kids with a milk allergy in the Woodward area. My son has a severe milk allergy and his allergist recommended transitioning to Ripple Kids Milk after we were done breastfeeding around 13 months. It has been a challenge to keep our fridge stocked with it since you can only purchase it at Target, Whole Foods, etc. in OKC, it is not sold at our Woodward United or Walmart. So so happy I went into Food For A Healthier Life, our local health food store on Main St., and spoke with the owner who is now able to special order a case of six 48oz bottles for him whenever we need them. I ordered their Vegan chili for lunch takeout and wad not disappointed! A very cozy store with much variety, as well as very helpful service. Would recommend for anyone looking for a healthy lunch option in Woodward :)
