Chose this office from a list provided by my insurance and had a great experience! Dr. Cook was super knowledgeable about what was happening with my eyesight and very transparent about everything. Receptionist was friendly and speedy with intake.
Most caring Doctor I have ever met. He spends quality time and answers all questions you have. He personally over sees all aspects of the care I receive in his office. If you have a choice in eye care, you only need to see Dr. Cook, he treats every patient like it was a family member. I am a patient for life!
