Great customer service and happy with my nails. Update : several of my nails broke the very next day doing typical household chores I was actually carrying a blanket from the dryer upstairs and it broke off a nail. I don’t mind spending a fair amount on quality however $165 for nails and pedicure. I think it’s a bit steep for them to not even last two days. just to be clear, I did not go back to get them fixed. I was there for two hours getting the nails to begin with. I don’t want to go back and continue to sit to have nails fixed. I've went a couple times. They always do good with French tips and ombre. I was sad to find that some of my jewls fell off within a few hours of leaving. I went back and got them put on twice for free. Just for 2 more to fall off. Not to mention I spent 85$ for a set for them to not even stay on 2 weeks. First set was fabulous though.
