I have had an INCREDIBLE experience with Western Oklahoma Hearing. Dr. Kuykendall and his staff (Terry) are absolutely wonderful. I put off getting my hearing checked far too long. Once I made the decision to visit Dr. Kuykendall, I have had zero regrets. They quickly got me scheduled for testing and I walked out with hearing aids that same day. A whole new world was reopened to me. I was shocked at how much I had been missing. Dr. Kuykendall was so patient, thorough, educational, kind, and caring throughout the testing process and further consultation. The after-care has been just as incredible. If you struggle with hearing, DON'T PUT OFF getting tested another day. If you are apprehensive about wearing hearing aids, Dr. Kuykendall will relieve you of that apprehension by connecting with YOU and your needs. His interpersonal skills are TOP NOTCH!!! He TRULY LISTENS!! Side note: you won't believe how advanced these hearing aids are. The way they adjust to different environments is INCREDIBLE!!! And they do it automatically without you having to do anything. I have had many conversations with various people since getting my hearing aids that have supported all of my comments. A common conversation has been: "Where did you go?" - "Western Oklahoma Hearing with Dr. Kuykendall." -"Isn't he wonderful?" - "Very much so." Over and over again, this is what I have encountered. The most caring and personal staff. We struggled to find Simone who took my child’s insurance, and we stumbled upon Western ok hearing. Making an appointment is easy, and quick. The doctor explained everything to my daughter and broke it down to uncomplicated version we both could understand. Thank you for all your hard work, we will be seeing you guys lots !!!!
