I've had an excellent time with them. They have all new staff working here, even the med doctor has changed. There's a TV, soda machine and extra waiting room available. Darla, the therapist is such a knowledgeable and helpful lady. Talking to her is like talking to a friend and she has some amazing coping skills. Tracy, the secretary also makes the wait for comfortable by letting me sit in a backroom away from loud noises and people. The facility also offers drug court and rehab for those that need it. The place is clean, staff is friendly.

I started going here for anxiety and depression. Darla, the therapist, is wonderful. She's just like talking to your best friend, so easy to talk and cry to. She is very knowledgeable in different kinds of therapy and has a lot of different calming exercises for people. She is also very busy and always seems to work appointments in. I have also seen the case worker Val and Tracy the receptionist, very friendly and they always have a smile. The phycologist is on a tele-monitor once a month to gives prescriptions and a nurse comes in if they need to draw blood, take vitals, update medications or other medical needs. I've come to love going to my appointments. The lobby has a television available and some toys for kids to play with while waiting and there's a water fountain, pop machine and free coffee available too. The services are for all ages and they have drug alcohol meetings every Wednesday. Drug court is also held here in one of the back rooms. The bulletin boards are always up to date on free or low cost services outside of Red Rock. I've seen free eye exams, glasses, free dental and medical care, when and where GED classes are being held and so on. I believe counseling has never hurt anyone and it's nice to know we have a great business nearby that offers so much.
