Had them do my entire house with tile after a flood occurred causing us to replace flooring. Huge effort but they did a fantastic job and we love how it turned out. Mark was fantastic and helpful. His installers did a great job and were really good. They used leveler kits to make it turn out good and patched some cracks that were unexpected. I felt like went out of their way to make it come out great. Would highly recommend.

I replaced 30 year-old carpet with a mix of new carpet and wood-look LVT, and it all looks fantastic.
The installers worked efficiently and cleanly and gave me such a good fit on the LVT that I didn’t have to use quarter-round. The carpet is beautiful and installer Mike’s craftsmanship in bullnosing my stairs with a patterned carpet is outstanding.
Mark and Sherri Swank also did a great job guiding me and explaining the different creative options I had to consider. I highly recommend Swank Floors for your flooring needs!
