Dr. Marcotte is the best horse vet within hours! I’ve been coming here for over ten years. Easy to get an appointment as an established patient. You may have to wait when you arrive, but when it’s your turn, you have Doc’s complete attention. He listens carefully to your problem, quietly thinks it over (be patient in this step cuz he’s working his magic!), and then gives you a solution. The clinic has high tech diagnostics, too. Office staff and vet techs are super nice and helpful. And you gotta love their Aussies and barn cats!
I had a gelding that was down, dr John was here within the hour, diagnosed the problem, administered meds and the gelding was back up, left me with some meds and instructions to keep him updated....very responsive!
I called in need of an emergency put down for my 30yr old horse. We haven't established care with this facility and the horse was about an hr from the clinics location. They came out and was so sweet, wonderful and supportive of our very hard decision to not let our poor horse to suffer all night. We can't show or thank this wonderful staff for what they done for is and our horse. Thank you.
