My hair was very long when I went in to have it cut. They made me feel very welcome and when I told them that I wanted it short short, they were excited to see how it would turn out. But more than that, they made sure that I was comfortable before that first cut was made. I will be going back there when I am ready for a trim. I may even have a pedicure to go along with it.
