I have held off on writing this review for two years, hoping Richardson Homes would resolve my concerns. Unfortunately, after repeated attempts and being ignored, I feel I have no choice but to share my experience publicly.

I gave a rating of 2 stars only because the price was reasonable—otherwise, the process was extremely disappointing. It took about 15 months to complete our 2,400 sq. ft. home, with no weather-related delays. The main holdup was waiting for the HVAC and painting contractors. They are so impressive! There is no guesswork, they have the system down pat and make it so simple to build. Working with Kym has been amazing, I really felt comfortable and understood what was happening. They are top notch! They are reasonably priced and can tell you how to save, inspire you with what they've done before, and they make it so easy!!!

We had our forever home built by Richardson Homes. They are receiving a poor review due to their lack of oversight during construction, poor communication, and failure to address punch list and home warranty repair items. Our home was completed in October of 2021. Since then, we have been passed back and forth between their contractors as we have tried to get them to complete punch list items and home warranty items. I cannot recommend them to anyone as they do not stand by their work nor care about quality of finishes. Our exterior paint is particularly unsatisfactory. But that is just one item on the list that has never been rectified.
