Great company helped us with an UndeckIng a lot of tow companies do not even know what that is. It is where you offload a semi full of product this product happened to be refrigeration for their local Dollar General remodel. Enjoy if you’re new DG and thank you for the hard work.
We used allstate towing after my wife had a accident.(Fast service) by the time I arrived the tow truck was allready there. James went above and beyond and beyond, for that i am truly grateful. I very rarely put up reviews but i was blown away by the service that was given. After ensuring my wife and 5 month old son were ok. My wife was hysterical and James yook care of everything for her . Made sure i arrived to get anything out of the vehicle that was needed. Just to calm my wife down..if i ever need a tow in the area THIS IS PLACE TO GO! When you’re an out of towner in a serious auto accident, there are plenty of things that can go wrong. What an amazing piece of mind it was to have a towing company arrive that was not only amiable, they went above and beyond. I was transported from the scene by ambulance and when I went to get our things out of my vehicle the next day, it was all there! I saw pictures and the impact with the semi had thrown all our items, from a cross country road trip, up and down the highway. The amount of care one would have needed to collect our items from up and down the road and from the ditch blew me away. They were easy to reach and the compassion that they exhibited was something truly special. I can’t put into words the immense gratitude I have for these guys. They were a bright shining star in a very scary experience. If I was from this area, I wouldn’t even dream of giving my business to anyone else. I can’t thank y’all enough!
