Update: I was invited to come back in. I did and was treated with respect. The stylist was willing to redo my hair color. I am very happy with the way my hair turned out and the professionalism of the manager & stylist.
I've been going to this studio for about a year. I've have 5 different stylist. 3 have left, the most recent one is leaving and the one that I got for a color didn't even get it close to what I wanted. I showed her the picture SEVERAL times.
