Patient on the phone when trying to understand what I needed. Walked me thru the process for replacement on a window insert for a door. Once I got to their storefront they promptly gathered the items I needed and offered some guidance on another future project. Would recommend.

Wonderful and speedy service. Purchased a door insert for an external door, was knowledgeable about what I was talking about without much knowledge, was a fair price, and ready in seconds. One of the only reptuable business still around.

I needed a 6-foot threshold for a double door on a Saturday. Lowe's and Home Depot do not carry these. Someone recommended wind or and I called them and they were more than happy to help. The quality of the threshold was outstanding. It was all synthetic and very heavy duty. Looks great on my clients home. Will definitely add them to the list of vendors I use!
