Patients are treated by a team of specialists who coordinate care and work together to ensure the best outcomes. Patients praise the knowledgeable, compassionate, and available nurses. One patient with metastatic prostate cancer appreciated how the nurses helped calm fears, provided quick access to physicians, and shared helpful information about the disease. The nurse advocates are excellent at handling research, appointments, liaising with treatment centers, and providing test and scan results promptly. They do their jobs with love and compassion, often keeping spouses informed and educated. The team, including those answering phones and setting appointments, is recognized for their dedicated service. Two team members, Donna Bowers and Allison Hagen, are especially appreciated. Donna helps patients navigate insurance, pharmacies, and other processes, acting as an advocate in the healing process. Allison is praised for her good communication, answering questions, and making patients feel comfortable when explaining conditions and treatment options. Recently, patients have shared positive experiences. One patient thanks Dr. Rashid for his great bedside manners and knowledge, feeling comfortable and confident during a difficult time. Others appreciated Leslie’s thoroughness during a bladder test and the helpfulness of front desk staff Holly and Victoria. Another patient felt reassured after their first visit with Dr. Brookover, feeling hopeful about their future. The physicians, PAs, nursing staff and all other staff are helpful, compassionate and kind! I have enjoyed an increase in my quality of life from the treatment I have received there!
Very disappointed with my experience with the office staff and the timeline of responses and getting answers we have been told we should have had weeks ago. Clear & timely communication is a must, especially with time sensitive results. I truly hope this office improves its communication process for future patients.
The doctors here are wonderful, however the receptionist and billing people are not. My husband was treated very rudely by both. Communication between the office staff is horrible.
