“I was feeling awful and needed help from doing paperwork, using the vending machine to communicating with the doctor. Michelle at the check in patiently helped me with the paperwork, Thank God! Then I was called back so quick that I was still trying to buy a bottle of water out of the vending machine. That's when my Angel of the day came in to help me. Natalya got me a cup of water when I got seated in the exam room. This may seem like an insignificant action but it meant the world to me!

I've never had such a great experience at any walk in clinic!! I'm definitely going to go back if I ever need it and I live 45 minutes away!!!“

“Dr. Dohlman was able to help me with my ingrown fingernail where three other doctors in this office were unable to and I thank him. However, I have called three times to schedule the surgical follow-up and I keep getting told they are short staffed and somebody will call me back it's now been 5 days a week since my initial appointment and no one has called me back yet which is distressing“
