Best location in Tulsa I've used for equipment rentals. Always exceedingly helpful and accommodating, even with the little notice that I usually have to work on. Everyone is pleasant and over the 4 years I've been using this location, the equipment has never let me down. I was surprised at how detailed and useful their online dashboard is for keeping track of equipment, extending rentals and archiving invoices. Can't recommend enough!
The Tulsa and Broken Arrow teams are outstanding!! A remarkable group of employees working together towards one goal, customer satisfaction!!! This is the ONLY place we will ever rent equipment from. They definitely have your back when you need them most. Whether it be a basic lift rental or delivery of a 6" pump at 2am in the morning in the rain in the middle of nowhere, we can ALWAYS rely on United Rentals to be right there with us.
I called on short notice on a Monday morning and had the equipment delivered by noon. We needed the lift for extra days and the salesmen set it up for a week rental to save us money and to know we would have it long enough. The driver helped with getting the lift to the building and he was very knowledgeable about the equipment. He even answered questions about another lift for me and went out of his way making calls.
