Been there before and got a wonderful tattoo that I loved. I wanted to get the second half, so I called ahead to learn more about their Covid precautions (masks, how many people were allowed in, etc) so I would know what they prefer for customers to do, and to set up an appointment. The guy on the phone was immediately super rude and almost hostile. Ended up just hanging up because I no longer wanted to go there, it just left a bad taste in my mouth.
