The billing is an ABSOLUTE JOKE! I had a procedure done a year and a half ago. They keep billing the wrong insurance over and over and over again. My insurance has called them and told them multiple times they have never received a claim. I have told them over and over again you have the incorrect payer ID (which is on their bill). What’s EXTREMELY sad is I’ve talked to supervisors and managers and they still can’t bill the correct insurance! I do medical billing you don’t just turn around and bill the patient you pick up the phone and you call the insurance company to check claim status! I had a procedure done in 2023. My insurance paid for all of it. TML began billing me in 2024 for that same claim. I've been through many, many calls with my insurance and TML over this claim. Today, the insurance representative and I were told they were given permission to write off the remainder of my bill (which again, insurance has already paid in full). It leads me to believe TML is double dipping. Will my insurance get their money back?
