I started @ TDC Dec 2025. The clinic is in demand and there was a 2 Mo. wait. I had an alergic reaction to Jel nails and due to the extent of my injuries, and help from the ladies at the clinic, and my Primary Physician urgent request. I was saw in a week. The IT system, text, email etc... have all been updated, completly 2 wks ago. I have recieved prompt replies on the new system. Remember it's a NEW system, which will need adjustments. If I want grace I have grace for others. If I am sarcastic to someone, than I absolutely should expect sarcasm back. Treat others how I want to be treated

Dr. Lovelace has been my dermatologist for years. She has always treated me with respect and care. Dr. Lovelace is very compassionate towards her patients. I appreciate her expertise and thorough attention.😎❤️🌹

Similar to the experience of others leaving reviews, I had a poor experience with Dr. Monks. I explained my concerns and my thought one what might be causing my acne, and he looks at my face for 20 seconds and then prescribed a antibiotic for me to take “as needed” every time I broke out. He did not address my thoughts or concerns about my hormones playing a role and my appointment lasted 5 minutes after waiting 50 minutes past my scheduled time. -1000 stars.

However, I rescheduled with Dr. Cook, wanting a second opinion and someone who would appreciate my concerns about hormonal influence. Dr. Cook and her nurse were amazing and validated my concerns and actually...read full review
