This place doesn't impress much. Been buying from them for my company for years and quite frankly the customer service just doesn't get any better. I understand that they are in a less desirable area of Tulsa (like there is ANY desirable part of Tardtown), but their security in trying to get your order is ridiculous. They called ME to pick up my order, I didn't just walk in off the street. They have to buzz you into the yard to pick up your order, but I literally sat for 15 min waiting for some one to open the gates. Called the offices with no result, the only way I got in was when someone was leaving for lunch and I drove in the open gate. NOT customer friendly at all. Also their compressor oil is suspect. Used their stuff once and not long after a change the compressor crapped. The tech who came to work on the compressor took a sample of the oil and it was horrible. Guy said you would have been better dumping in french fry oil than using what we did. When we brought in a rep to talk about it, the guys who showed up were dismissive and evasive. I currently only buy saw cutting oil here now.
