Tony is very personable and listened carefully to what I had in mind for the trimming. He explained how the cuts would be made and demonstrated visually with his laser pointer. Scheduling the time for the work to be completed was with ease, about a week later, after I collected additional quotes and visited with other companies. But Tony's was my first choice.
The workers arrived on time and worked continuously until the job was completed. They worked with safety equipment and were careful that air conditioners, fencing, and all other structures were not damaged.
