I booked an appointment at this salon for the first time based on their google reviews. I had an appointment today at 1pm. Out of courtesy I arrived 5mins early. When I walked in I was not greeted nor approached regarding my attendance. As the salon staff were busy I patiently waited near the front. After 15mins with still no acknowledgement of my presence I decided to approach a staff member reluctantly who was styling a customers hair. The staff member said she would check. A few minutes later I was approached by another staff member who said she would call the staff member I was booked with.
