Absolutely love this place! Staff is amazing, work out is so quick you barely feel like you’ve “worked out” but when you start seeing measurable results you’ll be convinced! Still can believe you only go 2 times a week for 20 min. 🤯 This is definitely a work out routine I can see myself sticking with long term.
