I went in tonight looking at membership options and Kendall was incredibly helpful and informative, and so sweet and kind! She made the experience a 10/10 and had me excited to join and purchase a membership!
The girl who was running the shop was BEYOND knowledgeable,so kind,&so good at sales that I'm not even sure she grasps how great she is!! I want to say her name was Brittany..anyway she had dark hair,brownish eyes and a gorgeous brown complexion!!! She was a doll and if I was in charge she'd be getting a raise..she did exactly as she was taught and went for the upsale in the most precious and genuine way...she's a star!!! 10/10 the place is GORGEOUS &SPOTLESS!!! Excellent product lines and great hours!!!! Go and Tan Your Moon asap!!! :)
I just canceled after 4 months. The beds are very nice, the salon is spotless and the staff has always been kind. I have to tan close to closing time. Never once did someone roll their eyes or act unhappy to see me close to closing. Canceling my membership was super easy and took less than a minute. I’ve also never had to wait for a bed even in the more busy time of day. I think it’s a little expensive but other than that, I’ll be back in the fall!
