Joel did a fantastic job with our pest control service! He took his time and was very thorough, making sure to explain everything clearly — including what we should and shouldn’t do after the treatment. I really appreciated how he walked me through exactly what he did on the outside of the house as well. It’s been extremely effective — we’ve noticed a huge difference and haven’t seen bugs in the house since. Professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. Michael Payne at sure shot is amazing and had very good communication. He finished up the inside of the house and went back through again to double check for termites and thats one thing that I noticed and appreciate that a lot.
