David did a great job taking the time to check out the whole air conditioner unit, not jumping to conclusions, and found the problem causing my AC to run constantly blowing warm air. It was one improperly placed wire. Fixed! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

The office assistant understood the urgency of my need and the two technicians arrived within 2 hours of my call. They quickly determined what the issue was, replaced the defective thermostat, and stayed to make sure the house was cooling. Kudos to David and Jimmy for their caring and concern.

After my AC began blowing warm air a couple days ago, I attempted to hire a different AC company, but their lack in communication caused me to return to Google. I then found Superior Air and thought I would give them a try based on their reviews. I am very glad I called them as it was a wonderful and stress free experience the entire way through. I first spoke with a very sweet woman named Abby, who set me up with a new account, and then scheduled me for a same day visit with ease.
