We got locked out of a fire proof filing cabinet and needed access in order to open our store for the day. They came out quickly and got us access within an hour of my call! He then replaced the lock mechanism so we wouldn't have the problem again! All for a VERY reasonable price! Oh! I also appreciated the text before arrival with the technician's picture!
Locks on outside door very difficult to open. Ends up that door is not quite aligned adding unnecessary pressure on the locks. And locks needed mucho lubrication. Now no-one should utter any complaints about being able to unlock the door!! Thank you Sooner Lock and Key!
