This was the first time in with my dogs. The staff was highly professional, courteous, and skilled. They took great care did an exceptional job with bathing and nail trims for both dogs, greatly exceeding our expectations. I give them five stars, without question. They have certainly earned our repeat business.
I had such a great experience at Sloppy Dog Wash thanks to Anthony and Joss! They were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive the entire time I was there. They kept checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable.
You can tell they genuinely care about both the customers and the dogs, and their positive attitudes really stood out. Customer service like that is hard to find these days, and they absolutely deserve recognition for how hardworking and thoughtful they are. Thank you both for making the visit such a pleasant experience! I’ll definitely be coming back! ☺🐾🧼
