This place is what you've been looking for!!! What a rocky and unhappy road I've been on finding it too. Save yourselves the wasted money and headache and come here FIRST! I've done a deep dive (... phone calls... internet searches... reading reviews...) the past 2 weeks trying to find an office that would dissolved botched up juvederm without charging $300 or telling me "we can't unless you buy a syringe" OR "we can't unless we put the juvederm in ourselves" OR "Sorry, but you have to buy a whole syringe" OR "we only will botox the forehead and eyes, we don't do any botox nose slimming." Trying to find a one-stop shop who did it ALL, who was an actual MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL AND MASTER INJECTOR with the added bonus of aesthetic understanding and professional eye (that I'm convinced is not always learned but sometimes a gift), was like the proverbial needle in a haystack. But I found them! The office is beautiful and the people so kind. Kimberly. I love you. She treated me like I was the only patient she has ever had (and she is busy busy!), and listened patiently to my story. She was so understanding and interested in what I was saying and how I felt. She took time to educate and answer questions like no one I've ever been to. 10 stars and 2 thumbs waaay up! Thank you so much Kimberly! I'm a fan (and customer) for life!! Update: Kimberly continues to be awesome. She is in no rush and talks through everything. I also appreciate that she is all about the "natural" look. Really just restoring your naturally beauty and not making you look like you just walked out of plastic surgery. She also is so sensitive to the individuals concerns - whether it's financially or about the actual procedures. She personally walked me to Jan who went over their no-interest PatientFi plan that allows you to make monthly payments interest free. She told me to wait and buy the products I needed until a specific day that they would be on sale. I really appreciate her sensitivity and genuine care. Really says a lot about a person and a business. Another Update: Went back to Kimberly today. Oooooooo she is magic. Each time I go I thank heaven I found her. Today she restored volume in my chin to get rid of severe laugh lines and also redo my lips that we've been in the process of dissolving after they were botched by a previous office. She works so meticulously and skillfully. She is all about rebuilding structure and fixing the problem at its roots instead of trying to just put a bandaid on something and cover it up. Her dedication to keeping things natural and bringing out the natural beauty is awesome. She continues to treat me like I'm the only patient she's ever had. You just know you're in the best hands. I could not be more happy with the results! She's seriously a dream and I'll never go to anyone anywhere else EVER! Best place ever. Love you Kimberly!!!
