My washer was constantly going out of balance and Shelton’s came out and replaced many parts. It really didn’t even take the serviceman very long at all. This was about a month ago and it’s been working perfectly ever since: a big thank you to Shelton’s!
I spoke with someone yesterday and was told that there was an open 8-5 timeslot on Friday which meant that the tech could come at anytime during the day with a courtesy call. I called back today to see if that timeslot was still available and the person with whom I spoke yesterday first told me that I didn't speak with her yesterday and that I had spoken to someone else and then she told me that I had spoken to her and that she had not told me about that time slot.... I politely asked her four to five times if they could listen to the recording from yesterday to see what was said... She told me that they do not record the conversations. We bought a fridge through Hahn and when the freezer went out less than a year later, we scheduled a repair technician through Frigidaire. The scheduling process through Frigidaire was a little intimidating, but when Shelton's Quality Service called and confirmed the appointment, everything went quick and smooth.
Larry called before he arrived at my home, well within the scheduled appointment window, and very quickly diagnosed and fixed my freezer issue. He was very polite, knowledgeable, AND personable.
