Since we had no hot water, they still treated it like an urgent plumbing issue and got a technician to our home in less than 15 minutes. Russell was excellent. He walked me through each step, explained the problem in simple terms, and answered all my questions with a lot of patience. I do not know much about water heaters or plumbing systems, so it really helped that he showed me what he was checking, why the unit was not working right, and what needed to be done to get the hot water back on. He was professional, friendly, and very clear the whole time. The service felt honest, fast, and reliable, and I learned a lot during the visit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or water heater service.
Joe arrived right on time, checked the bathtub’s slow drain, and worked through the issue carefully. After trying to clear the line with a drain snake, he went into the crawl space, opened the pipe, removed the partial clog, and added a small cleanout for easier plumbing access in the future. He finished the repair quickly, tested everything to make sure there were no leaks, and cleaned up the tub area before leaving. Great plumbing service, very professional work, and I would definitely call them again for any drain or pipe repairs.
I would give 10 stars if I could. I first had another plumber come out to fix a leaking bathroom faucet handle, but after several visits and the wrong cartridge parts, they said the faucet was stuck and that I would need a whole new fixture. They also claimed the granite backsplash and mirror would have to be removed, which sounded like a very expensive plumbing repair. Later, I called for a hose bib replacement, and Joe handled the job quickly and professionally. Since he was already there, I asked him to take a look at the bathroom faucet too.
