Washer repair done Tech was on the phone for much of the time talking to someone about an unrelated conversation than the job. Could have been in and out quicker, but I am satisfied with his service.

Austin was friendly, but he didn't fix the problem of the washer leaking. He ran and "rinse and spin" to check before he left. But immediately after he left, I ran a load on "normal" and there was more water under the washer at the end of the cycle than had ever been before. He did an initial diagnosis when he first came out without even taking the washer apart based on what I told him. But clearly that wasn't the issue because with new parts, it was the same issue, only worse. This was a very expensive repair and one that we had to wait 2 weeks for. I would never recommend this company or technician to anyone very inappropriate rude unprofessional appearance was dirty and nasty and so was the technicians attitude the customer service reps were very rude and unprofessional it took a month to get my issue resolved with my dryer because they were lying going back and forth between this company Sears and choice home warranty I would never use either one of them again
