I dont understand the reviews i went in worried but i just showed them my license immediately when i came in and they were nice. I think the people who are saying they are rude are probably unlicensed and feel put on the spot and dont understand why they cant be in there. Things are priced at the pro discount. Not the consumer price. Thats why it says licensed professionals only on the door. I will start buying the products i can get there in store. They had a huge selection for instore state, armstrong may have a few colors but they have close to the full collection

This place has great selection and is clean. However, they are never open at their "opening time" Their door and google say 9am. I've tried to come at opening multiple times and sat in my car hoping they would show up. Here its is Wednesday at 920am and the owner just now arrived.

Avoid the guy (owner) at the register. (It's normally him and his wife at the front register of the shop). His wife is very nice and helpful. Everyone else is great except him. He's rude, unprofessional, and to be honest, I probably shouldn't careless about his 2 cents comments every time I stepped into the shop. It's his wife's service and attitude that helps bring me back here for more business. If he knows any better, he should just let his wife taken care of the business instead of unconsciously sabotaged it.
