Excellent experience! Cameron was a great Technician. He was kind, explained every step of the process, and answered my few questions. I surprised myself in getting a good sleep without needing to get up as I usually do. By appointment started at 9:30 PM, wired-up by 10:15, asleep by 10:45 (est), and awakened at 5:15 AM that the test was completed. The room was very clean, quiet, with its own sink, toilet, and shower. The bed was comfortable and the room dark. Very conducive for a good night's rest. I highly recommend St. Francis Sleep Center for your sleep study.
I would like to give them 5 stars because I really enjoyed my first visit and really felt heard. After waiting a month for my sleep study, I was called 30 minutes from the original appointment time to be told my time was changed to 8:30 pm instead of 9:30 pm. I was 10 minutes away and drove from collinsville through ice and snow to make my appointment. The worst part is I took off work from seeing my patients to make this appointment, and I hadn't taken my medication in 7 days. My lunchbox and backpack were packed. This was extremely disappointing. I’ve read the other reviews and I must agree that the sleep center should be updated. However, my experience with the staff was exceptional . Dr. Bregman is a great Dr. and I’m sad that he is retiring. My tech, Stephanie, that worked with me during my study did an excellent job and I hope that they will assign her to my future studies.
