Mark just left after cleaning and tuning our air conditioner that had quit working. First, it froze up then after turning it off long enough for it to thaw he arrived, cleaning a ton of dirt and grass out of it and now it works better than I can ever remember. Thanks!

I want to thank Dalton for all his help today with our AC making noise. His recommendation is to maintain our old unit. He recommended a fan motor replacement for the noise it was making. He is a knowledgeable and courteous young man.

Blower motor went out today - 2pm on a Friday, 101 degrees outside (not even the heat index!!). Dalton and Steve showed up after their regularly scheduled appointments (after 5!!), had the wholesaler come in after hours, found the blower motor, and had us up and cooling by 7:15. What a great experience - thank you!!
