I recently had a water leak over Memorial weekend late Saturday evening. I was panicked after just having a new floor installed. Reset Restoration was quick to respond. They were at my home within 30-45 minutes, found the leak, got it stopped, carefully removing anything affected by the water and that was damaged. They then brought in fans and dehumidifiers and sprayed to prevent mold. Reset Restoration was very professional and knowledgeable, fully explained the process and very attentive to any concerns I had. The Team at Reset was a great help with our recent water logged dry wall problem. From the first meeting to get an estimate from Lori to the final clean up we found the entire team to be professional, great to communicate with and efficient.
The work was done in a timely and thorough manner and at a fair cost.
