I called Repair Army after a not-so-great experience at another repair store, and the gentleman who answered the phone was notably upbeat and positive. I told him my issue, and even though he did not have the part, he promised to have it there in the afternoon, then knocked $50 off the repair price I was facing at the other place. The tech who fixed the phone called me as soon as the part was delivered as I was walking into the mall (great follow-up), and he repaired the phone perfectly. He also answered a bunch of my questions addressing my relative lack of mobile tech knowledge.Great service/attitude and job well done for both of the guys there at Repair Army!

Incredible experience. These guys are the best in the business with the best prices. Convenient location right in front of the Apple store. Every phone I get, gets their screen protector. I recommend everyone this store to get repairs and screen protectors. Now they even have phone cases! They’re freaking awesome.

Great friendly and fast service, and the best price I found for my screen replacement. In fact, a new screen and screen protector for less than the lowest quote I got for just screen replacement elsewhere. You could tell the technician really knew what he was doing too. 👍👍👍
