I am so grateful I found this excellent Company. They are caring, thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. Curtis Knight was who they sent out to do an inspection. He fixed my cooling problem and my duct work. Two other companies could not find problem. He was very kind and explained everything in detail while showing me pictures he took. There was absolutely no pressure. My air conditioning works great for the first time this summer! He was very thoughtful and represented the Company well, earning my trust and respect. Definitely a man of integrity. I will never use any other Company.
I would recommend Prothermal Heating and Cooling. Our technician, Curtis, was extremely professional and transparent in the process of tuning up our HVAC system (which was long overdue). Their system review checklist made it clear what needed immediate repair and what future updates would be good to consider to optimize our system. I will gladly use them in the future.
CURTIS WAS AMASING. He was accuate iinitially diagnosed and professional. I will trust him 100% and I hope I get no one else but him in future. If the company knows whats good to them they will keep this man on hand.
