They do a good fast job! Very clean. They don't talk to you much, but they talk to each other in Philippino(sp). These places should know, that's always weird & uncomfortable.
Although they do good work, they do get you in rather quickly however I think they do leverage the language barrier to upsell services. I did get gel pedicure and dip/manicure was 95$ without a tip. I'm always sticker shocked. their reward progragm is PER VISIT not services you pay for which is disappointing. A relaxing "spa" like experience is no longer a thing. I do not like feeling rushed but this feeling is not exclusive to this salon but other nail salons as well.
Our family has been in the tulsa area for about 4 years now and have bounced from place to place trying to find that balance of customer service and quality work with a friendly environment and we are happy to say that we have found it her at professional nails of tulsa hills. The crew is always happy and the environment is always so laid back and relaxing. They are never pushy to try and up sale you on product at all. Its always a great experience every visit. Great job! We will stay with them from here on out.
